Heartland Plus One Fixed Length File

This page describes the file format Heartland PlusOne will accept. If a file does not match these

specifications, it will not import correctly. Imported files should be verified by the payroll user prior to

submitting to assure accuracy.

• Company Identifier – Heartland Company Identifier.

• Pay Codes – Earnings code defined in Heartland Payroll.

• Department code zero len format – specifies the number of leading zeros to include when

exporting department codes.
